My Philosophy
I believe that true health is a return to simplicity. It’s about nourishing your body with whole foods, listening to its needs, and connecting with the world around you.
Having lived with one foot in Southern California (with roots in Mexico) and the other in Asturias, Spain, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible power of a lifestyle rich in local, vibrant foods. My approach is grounded in the principle that you can feel your best by eating fresh, seasonal foods from your own community.
While my Master’s degree in Personalized Nutrition and Bachelor’s degree in Food and Dietetics provide a strong foundation, my true passion lies in helping you find what works for you. I’m here to translate the science into simple, actionable habits that will guide you towards a healthier, more sustainable life. It’s about empowering you to build a lifestyle that truly supports your well-being.
