the biggest adventure yet – Pregnancy guidance from abroad!

While excitement bubbles over, a touch of confusion creeps in. 

“Am I ready?” “Can I do this?” 

It’s normal to feel these anxieties.

As a health coach from sunny San Diego, currently embracing the Scandinavian way of life, I understand the pre-pregnancy whirlwind.
